DIRECT RECRUITMENT OF COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR
INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES SPONSORED BY EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE
As per the Notification No.7/2014 published on 13.10.2014, for the Direct Recruitment for the Posts of 652 Computer Instructors, the Directorate of Employment and Training, Chennai.32 has sponsored the list of candidates in Tho.Pa No.30644/2014 dated 24.11.2014 & 25.11.2014. The Districtwise list of eligible sponsored candidates is being published in the Employment Exchange website on Saturday (29.11.2014) for the benefits of the candidates.
The candidates are advised to check their details given therein. Any sponsored candidates who need corrections, including date of registration etc., in the details published by the Employment Department are instructed to approach the Director of Employment Exchange, Chennai.32 on or before 12.12.2014 for making necessary corrections.
It is also informed that the candidates who studied their U.G and B.Ed., degree in Tamil Medium and desirous of claiming Tamil Medium Reservation can contact the Employment Office with records and Register their medium of studies as Tamil Medium.
The Employment Department will publish the sponsored cut off date on their website. It is the responsibility of all those registered eligible candidates, to verify their details including Priority Registration and P.H. Registration / omission of their names in the sponsored list.
All the corrections and omissions will be made only by the Directorate of Employment and Training and the same will subsequently be informed to the Board. The information received from the Directorate before the Certificate Verification alone will be considered by the Board for further processing.
The Teachers Recruitment Board has proposed to conduct a Certificate Verification for the post of Computer Instructors. The tentative schedule dates of Certificate Verification is from 24.12.2014 to 30.12.2014. The Place and time for the C.V will be intimated to the sponsored candidates, in the individual call letter uploaded by the Board in its official website (www.trb.tn.nic.in ). It is also informed that no individual call letter will be sent through post. The call letters and instructions related to Certificate Verification will be published only in the TRB website .
